What to Expect​

Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through the core principles of Pilates, including breathing, alignment, posture, and proper core engagement. Each week, the exercises will gently progress, helping you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness at a pace that feels right for you.

This course is ideal if:

1. You're brand new to Pilates

2. You want to return after a break

3. You prefer to learn the basics before joining a regular class

4. You’d like extra support to move well and feel better in your body
