CHARLOTTE
STUDIO DIRECTOR

JILL
INSTRUCTOR

I discovered Pilates in my twenties while looking for a way to manage chronic back pain and improve my posture and mobility. Experiencing the difference Pilates made to the way I moved and felt inspired me to train with Body Control Pilates and eventually create Paragon.
I founded the studio to provide high-quality Pilates in a friendly, supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and confident. I'm qualified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, with additional training in Intermediate Matwork, Pilates for Bone Health, Chronic Pain, Pre- & Postnatal Pilates, Pilates with Small Equipment, Pilates for Children and Adolescents, and Pilates for Golfers.
I'm particularly passionate about helping clients move more comfortably, build strength and return to the activities they love.
LOUISE
INSTRUCTOR

I discovered Reformer Pilates after experiencing recurring back pain while regularly practising yoga. I quickly found that Reformer complemented my love of strength training and running, helping me feel stronger, more mobile and confident in my movement.
After several years of practising Reformer Pilates, I decided to turn my passion into teaching and trained with world-renowned STOTT PILATES® in London.
I love helping clients discover how rewarding Reformer Pilates can be and supporting them to build strength, mobility and confidence while working towards their individual goals.
KATE
INSTRUCTOR
I originally trained as a dancer and discovered Pilates around ten years ago. I found it invaluable for managing lower back pain, staying mobile and strong, and supporting my overall wellbeing.
I'm a Body Control Pilates certified Level 3 Mat teacher, with additional specialist training in Scoliosis, Bone Health, lower back pain, Pre- & Postnatal Pilates and Pilates following breast cancer.
I'm passionate about making Pilates accessible and enjoyable, and love seeing clients become stronger, more mobile and confident as they progress through their Pilates journey.
HEIDI
INSTRUCTOR

With a lifelong passion for sport and fitness, my background spans competitive swimming, group exercise and more than 12 years of teaching Mat Pilates.
I trained with Cherry Baker's Modern Pilates and later qualified in Reformer Pilates through Clinic Equilibrium. Alongside teaching a wide range of fitness disciplines, I'm also a Pilates tutor at HFE, helping to train the next generation of instructors.
I bring my broad experience and enthusiasm for movement to every session, helping clients enjoy exercise while building strength, mobility and confidence.
My Pilates journey began after a car accident left me with multiple injuries and a long recovery. Pilates played an important role in rebuilding my strength and stability, and experiencing those benefits first-hand inspired me to become an instructor.
I trained with Body Control Pilates in London and hold Level 3 Mat and Reformer qualifications, alongside specialist training in Pilates for Bone Health.
I love helping clients achieve their goals, move and feel better, and experience the positive impact regular movement can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.
TRACEY
INSTRUCTOR

I've worked in the health and fitness industry for over 40 years, with experience spanning Personal Training, Clinical Pilates, group exercise, Barre and fitness education.
Originally trained as a dancer, I later gained a BSc in Health and Physical Recreation and qualified in Modern Pilates in 2004. I've also worked as a tutor, assessor and quality assurer for fitness qualifications and more recently expanded my training into Reformer Pilates.
I love combining my experience of movement, fitness and Pilates to create enjoyable, effective classes that help clients feel stronger, more flexible and confident.
ELLIE
INSTRUCTOR

With a background in dance and gymnastics, I was drawn to Pilates as a way to continue moving with strength, control and purpose, and quickly developed a real appreciation for mindful, balanced movement.
I'm a certified Reformer Pilates instructor, trained with The Pilates Programme in both contemporary and classical techniques.
I love creating fun, dynamic and supportive classes where clients of all levels can develop their technique, build confidence and enjoy progressing in their Pilates practice.

I discovered Pilates while rebuilding my balance after a virus damaged my middle ear. Having grown up as a figure skater, I was immediately drawn to the precision, control and mind-body connection that Pilates shares with skating.
My teaching journey began in Australia, where I qualified in Mat Pilates and taught a wide range of clients. After returning to the UK, I continued my training, gaining my Reformer and Pre/Postnatal Pilates qualifications.
I combine the traditional principles of Pilates with creative programming to help clients build strength, confidence and body awareness. I love seeing people grow in both ability and confidence, and supporting them on their Pilates journey.
