This intro pack entitles new clients to four postnatal mat work sessions over a four-week period. You’ll also receive 20% off your first four sessions. The pack allows you to book onto our online postnatal mat work class, so you can experience the full benefits of the session at your own pace and comfort level.

How do you get to use your intro pack?

You will receive two emails, a welcome email from us directly with lots of info in it, including what happens next and how to start using your pass.

We use a booking system called TeamUp - we will set an account up for you and pre-load your pass onto your account so keep an eye out for that second email from TeamUp directly. (Please note the email from TeamUp will come from a separate email address).

We will email you within the next 48 hours (please allow longer on weekends) to let you know your pass is ready and to go through the different class options so we can get you booked into the best classes to try.

Your 28 days will start from the date of the first class you book. We look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you start your Pilates journey.
