Our Postnatal Pilates Programme is designed to help you recover, rebuild, and feel supported—whether you join small group classes or prefer private one-on-one sessions.

What to Expect​
In your sessions, you’ll be guided through postnatal-safe Pilates principles, including breathing, pelvic floor engagement, posture, and gentle core strengthening. Each session is tailored to your individual recovery stage, helping you regain strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body at a pace that feels right for you.

You can choose between:

Online Small Group Classes – join other parents in a supportive virtual environment while receiving personalized guidance. Plus, we host a once-a-month social at Tatton Perk in Chelford, so you can meet other parents, share experiences, and enjoy some well-deserved connection and community.

Private Sessions – one-on-one attention, fully customized to your needs and recovery. Sessions can be in-person (bring your baby!) or online for maximum convenience.​
