BEGINNERS CLASSES

Our Beginner's classes are great starting point for those who have never done Pilates before and want to master the basics. We will guide you through how to correct your alignment, how to engage your core muscles and how to breathe efficiently, all of which help you to get the most out of each exercise.

IMPROVERS CLASSES

Our Improvers classes are perfect for those who have done Pilates before and want to start progressing their practice. We build on what you have learnt as a beginner and start to bring in some more challenging exercises. We offer lots of optional progressions which allow clients to work at their own pace as they start to feel fitter and stronger.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

Our intermediate classes are Ideal for those who have been practising Pilates for several months and have a good fitness level. We will start to layer in some of the more advanced exercises that will challenge your body's flexibility and strength. There will be some optional progressions as you work towards the more advanced moves.

ADVANCED CLASSES

Our advanced classes are a good fit for those who have been practising Pilates for a year or more and want to challenge themselves and their practice. We cover lots of the classical exercises (the original series of 34 exercises that Joseph Pilates created). Each move will challenge your flexibility, core strength and stamina, giving you a full-body workout.

private sessions - how do these differ to group classes?

Private sessions are flexible and can be at any time to suit you. With our private sessions, you get the added benefit of the teacher's 1:1 undivided attention. We plan a session that is specific to you and your goals. Clients tend to progress quicker with private sessions due to the tailored and personalised nature of the sessions. 

 

Private sessions are also great if you are new to Pilates and nervous about joining an established group. A couple of private sessions beforehand may be all you need to leave you feeling prepared and confident walking into your first class.

We have a special offer introductory pack for new clients, which allows you to try out x4 classes over four weeks. Our Mat work packs are for £32 (£8 per class), Reformer packs are £64 (£16 per class). Interested? Simply fill in the contact form below:

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1) ​You will receive a welcome email from our info@paragon-pilates.co.uk email address and an email invite from our online booking system TeamUp titled Paragon Pilates (if it doesn't come through check your spam folder).

2) Scroll down to the completing your account section and click the blue highlighted link. From there you will be invited to create a password and to enter your contact details.

3) You will be redirected to our class timetable which will show the current week, select your preferred class from the timetable and click the green book button. 

 

4) From there you will be asked to complete an enrolment form (the information you provide on this form is vital for your safety and to inform us of any medical history or current injuries you may have).

5) Once complete click the view registrations button and select your preferred payment option from the list (we recommend starting with one of our intro packs). Once you have clicked purchase you are booked and good to go! You will receive an email confirming your booking directly from TeamUp.
