Which class is right for me?

Pilates classes

Beginners classes - Great for those who have never done Pilates before and want to master the basics. 

Improvers classes - Perfect for those who have done Pilates before and want to start progressing their practice.

Intermediate classes - Ideal for those who have been practising Pilates for several months and have a good fitness level.

Advanced classes - A good fit for those who have been practising Pilates for a couple of years and want to challenge themselves.

Yoga classes

Nourishing morning flow class - A great class for those who want to stretch out stiff muscles first thing in the morning

Candlelit Wind-down evening class - The perfect class for those who want to unwind at the end of the day

Barre classes

Beginner Barre class -  The ideal class for those who want to combine elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to achieve a full-body workout

Private sessions - how do these differ from group classes?

We plan a session that is specific to you and your goals. Clients tend to progress quicker with private sessions due to the tailored and personalised nature of the sessions.

What happens next?

You will receive an email invite from our booking system TeamUp. Please click the link in the email and follow the account setup instructions. From there you will be directed to our class schedule and select your preferred class from our timetable. 
 
When registering for our classes, you will asked to complete an enrolment form. It is important that you do this before your first session. The information you provide on this form is vital for your safety and to inform us of any medical history or current injuries you may have. 


As a new customer, your first class is free so when prompted make sure to select the free trial class option. Once you are booked on you will receive a booking confirmation email from us. We look forward to meeting you and we hope you enjoy your first class.
